RETURNS WITHIN 21 DAYS
Please understand if an item is returned after the 21 day return window, customer credits will NOT be issued as it's beyond the return policy. You will have the option to come back for the item or pay to have the item shipped. After 14 days, the item will be donated.
Shipping is non-refundable. In the case of returns, shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using USPS and a polymailer in most cases for the most economical return shipping prices. Please email customer service if you need recommendations.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
We are unable to process exchanges at this time. We suggest ordering the new item and size instead and we will be happy to issue a store credit once the previous item is returned. This also prevents the item you may prefer from selling out before we are able to respond.
We are unable to cancel an order once it’s been placed. If you decide you no longer want the item, we can issue a store credit unless the item is FINAL SALE.
The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping. Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you. Please allow 5-7 business days from the time the item has been delivered to us for return processing. Once your return is processed, we will notify you of your refund or store credit
