At Bleu Chic Boutique, customer service is our number one priority! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're not happy either. That's why we're proud to offer FULL REFUNDS within 14 days OR a STORE CREDIT within 21 days.
You must email customer service at info@Bleu-Chic.com your reason for returning or exchanging an item. Items must be unworn, with tags, free of any odors or pet hair.
Please note clearance, pre-ordered merchandise. Beauty Bonuses, Mystery Bundles, and accessories are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think you've received a defective item, please email our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order.
If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can fix the problem.
Again, all returns must be received within 14 days of the date that we ship out your order in order for you receive a full refund and within 21 days for a store credit.
Please note shipping is non-refundable and in the case of exchanges or returns, shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using USPS and a polymailer in most cases for the most economical return shipping prices.
Order something but it's the wrong size or maybe you chose the wrong color? We've got your back beautiful! Please email as soon as you realize you need a switch. As long as items are returned within 14 days, you will be eligible for a store credit.
It's important to note that due to the limited number of each limited edition style featured on our site, we may not be able to guarantee an exact exchange. If it's available, we'll swap it out. If not, don't worry! We'll issue you a store credit so you can choose something just as fabulous!!
Anything purchased at a discounted price or as a pre-sale is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS:
- The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
- We DO NOT send return labels, so you can send the item back however you prefer.
- Merchandise must be returned within 21 days from the receive date.
- Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
- Original invoice must be included in your return package. If you do not have your original invoice, you can print out your order confirmation email or go to your customer profile on our Website and print out your order summary.
- Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
- Final Few, Flash Sale , Beauty Bonuses, Bundles and Sale Items are FINAL SALE!
- All accessories are FINAL SALE!
- Bodysuits and Intimates are FINAL SALE!
- We do not hold items for returns or exchanges.
- Please allow 3 to 5 business days for return processing.
- Once your return is processed, we will email you an egift card with your store credit that you can use on the website.
- Preorders of backordered items may ship separately.
- Any returns past the policy will not be accepted or store credited.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT? Expect an emailed E-Giftcard within 3-5 business days of the delivery of your Return. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed. You are not credited back shipping. Thank you for your patience!
