BLEU CHIC BOUTIQUE RETURN POLICY
At BLEU CHIC BOUTIQUE, customer service is our number one priority! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're not happy either.
That's why we're proud to offer FULL REFUNDS within 14 days OR a STORE CREDIT within 21 days.
Items that are returned must be unworn, with original tags, free of any odors or pet hair and in the same condition as it was delivered. Returns must also include our return form in order for it to be processed.
**Please understand if an item is returned after the 21 day return limit, customer credits will NOT be issued as it's beyond the return policy.

CLEARANCE, PRE-ORDERS, MYSTERY BUNDLES, ALL ACCESSORIES, SALE ITEMS, COSMETICS, DOOR BUSTERS and BUY ONE, GET ONE ITEMS are FINAL SALE and can not be returned or exchanged.
Anything purchased at a discounted price of 30% or more or as a pre-sale is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think you've received a defective item, were sent an incorrect item or are missing items from your order, please email our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order.

If you chose FREE LOCAL store pickup, you're also welcome to return to the same location. Items must be returned in a bag, with original tags and must include a completed return form.
Please note shipping is non-refundable. In the case of returns, shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using USPS and a polymailer in most cases for the most economical return shipping prices. Please email customer service if you need recommendations.
Due to the volume of orders we receive, we are unable to process exchanges at this time.
We suggest ordering the new item and size instead and we will be happy to issue a refund or store credit once the previous item is returned.
This also prevents the item you may prefer from selling out before we are able to respond.
- ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS:
-The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
-Original invoice must be included in your return package. If you do not have your original invoice, you can print out your order confirmation email or go to your customer profile on our website and print out your order summary.
-Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
-Please allow 5-7 business days from the time the item has been delivered us for return processing.
-Once your return is processed, we will notify you of your refund or store credit
