BLEU CHIC BOUTIQUE RETURN POLICY

At BLEU CHIC BOUTIQUE, customer service is our number one priority! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're not happy either.
That's why we're proud to offer STORE CREDIT for items returned within 21 days.
Items that are eligible for return must be unworn, with original tags, free of any odors or pet hair and in the exact same condition as it was delivered. Returns must also include our return form in order for it to be processed.

Items CANNOT be swapped at curbside pickup as all items need to be thoroughly examined to make sure they are in fact eligible for return. This is also to ensure our items are ready for you at pickup. In some cases, an item you order may still be at our warehouse and not at our storefront.
We wait 3-5 days to inspect items to see if original tags are on and to confirm item has not been worn, damaged and is free of any odors or pet hair. You will need to place a separate order and you will be credited as long as returns take place within our policy timeframe. NO EXCEPTIONS.
 

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED AND ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE:

CLEARANCE, PRE-ORDERS, MYSTERY BUNDLES, ALL ACCESSORIES including but not limited to face huggers, jewelry, bags, gift items, bralettes, kimonos, belts, etc, SALE ITEMS, COSMETICS, DOOR BUSTERS, BUY ONE, GET ONE ITEMS and any item purchased at a discounted price of 30% or more or as a pre-order is considered FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return. (This has always been our policy.) Please know, this applies to items even if the title does not include FINAL SALE in it.

MISSING AN ITEM OR BELIEVE YOUR ITEM MAY BE DAMAGED?

Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think you've received a defective item, were sent an incorrect item or are missing items from your order, please email our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order.  


 
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

You have a few options!
Until our store re-opens due to COVID-19, you're welcome to return your item, in a bag, with a return slip in our store mailbox. Please just make sure the mailbox closes.
(Save on shipping because we get it, shipping can be a major pain in the butt!)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • In the case of FREE SHIPPING, if 50% or more of the total order value is returned, ONLY STORE CREDITS will be issued and a 5% restocking fee may be deducted from the returned amount.
  • Customers who return items on a regular basis may ONLY BE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDITS. This is up to the discretion of management. On the case of the 3rd return (or more) per month, ONLY store credits will be issued. We allow 3 returns, per month, per customer. After your third return, a 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from your store credit. (Please review the product description and sizing information to ensure the best fit.)
  • Please understand if an item is returned after the 21 day return window, customer credits will NOT be issued as it's beyond the return policy. Customer has the option to come back for the item or pay to have the item shipped. After 14 days, the item will be donated.
  • SHIPPING is non-refundable. In the case of returns,  shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using USPS and a polymailer in most cases for the most economical return shipping prices. Please email customer service if you need recommendations.
  • EXCHANGES: Due to the volume of orders we receive, we are unable to process exchanges at this time.We suggest ordering the new item and size instead and we will be happy to issue a refund or store credit once the previous item is returned.This also prevents the item you may prefer from selling out before we are able to respond.
  • The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
  • Original invoice must be included in your return package. If you do not have your original invoice, you can print out your order confirmation email or go to your customer profile on our website and print out your order summary.
  • Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
  • Please allow 5-7  business days from the time the item has been delivered to us for return processing.
  • Once your return is processed, we will notify you of your refund or store credit 
  • ONLINE & IN-STORE PRICES AND PROMOTIONS may vary.
  • IN-STORE & ONLINE EXCLUSIVES are available. This is usually due to requirements set forth by our particular vendors. If you have any questions, let us know.

Once an order is placed, orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled in any way.
