Items that are returned must be unworn, with original tags, free of any odors or pet hair and in the same condition as it was delivered. Returns must also include our return form in order for it to be processed.**Please understand if an item is returned after the 21 day return limit, customer credits will NOT be issued as it's beyond the return policy.

Anything purchased at a discounted price or as a pre-sale is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.----
Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think you've received a defective item, were sent an incorrect item or are missing items from your order, please email our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order.

If you chose FREE LOCAL store pickup, you're also welcome to return to the same location. Items must be returned in a bag, with original tags and must include a completed return form.
Again, all returns must be received within 14 days of the date that we ship out your order in order for you receive a full refund and within 21 days for a store credit.
Please note shipping is non-refundable and in the case of exchanges or returns, shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using USPS and a polymailer in most cases for the most economical return shipping prices.
Order something but it's the wrong size or maybe you chose the wrong color? Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we’re unable to process exchanges. We recommend purchasing the item you'd like and we will be able to issue a store credit or refund for the item you will be returning.
ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS:
- The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
- We DO NOT send return labels, so you can send the item back however you prefer.
- Original invoice must be included in your return package. If you do not have your original invoice, you can print out your order confirmation email or go to your customer profile on our Website and print out your order summary.
- Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
- Final Few, Flash Sale , Beauty Bonuses, Bundles and Sale Items are FINAL SALE!
- All accessories are FINAL SALE!
- Bodysuits and Intimates are FINAL SALE!
- We do not hold items for returns or exchanges.
- Please allow 3 to 5 business days for return processing.
- Once your return is processed, we will email you an egift card with your store credit that you can use on the website.
- Preorders of backordered items may ship separately.
- Any returns past the policy will not be accepted or store credited.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT? Expect an emailed E-Giftcard within 3-5 business days of the delivery of your Return. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered.
